When
placing an online order we do not ask for credit card information.
Only after confirming your order, and if you have elected to pay

Shipping Terms & Conditions
We guarantee to lodge you shipment with the shipping carrier
you select when making payment, and to provide you with the
applicable FedEx tracking number or US Postal Service
confirmation/tracking details. These tracking numbers are
emailed directly to you from FedEx/USPS and may occasionally be
received in your spam/junk email depending on your email
settings. If you have not received a tracking email, please
contact us and we will forward our copy to you.
We cannot accept responsibility for the performance of FedEx/USPS
for errors or delays caused by them. We will help resolve a
dispute to the best of our ability, however we will not be held
responsible or liable for anything that is beyond our control.
USPS Priority Mail shipping – Although the shipping label and
confirmation/tracking email sent directly to you from the USPS
will indicate an ‘expected’ delivery date, this is an estimate
by them and not a delivery guarantee. Priority Mail is generally
very reliable, however delivery delays may occur due to a
variety of reasons, including in-transit weather delays, local
disruptions, federal holidays, and seasonal spikes in mail
volume.
FedEx Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight and 2-Day
shipping – FedEx do guarantee overnight express shipments but only to the
extent that they will refund the shipping charge only
(with exceptions) if they fail to meet their guaranteed delivery
time. They will not refund the shipping if the delay was beyond
their control, such as in-transit weather delays, flight delays,
local severe weather or road disruptions. If you are concerned
with the progress or delayed delivery of your shipment when
following their online tracking, you should contact them
